Shopping with CNEMBER

CNEMBER creates personalized Chinese name seals. Please review the product, size, price and personalized information before placing an order. Contact us at contact@cnember.com if you have questions.

Your personalized design

Chinese name suggestions and screen previews help you explore a design. We communicate with you about the final carving proof before carving begins. Leave a reachable email address at checkout; WhatsApp communication can be arranged through our contact page. Natural stone colors and markings and hand-carved details vary from piece to piece. Screen images are guides to the design.

Prices, shipping and duties

Prices, available sizes and stock are shown on product pages. The final total and applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. CNEMBER covers import duties. Production takes approximately 5 calendar days, followed by an estimated 7–12 calendar days in transit. Timing is estimated and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Cancellations and order problems

Cancellation is free before carving begins. After carving, refunds or replacements are available for quality problems, incorrect carving or shipping damage. Report these problems within 3 days of delivery. Other personalized returns are not accepted. Read our refund policy and shipping policy for details.
