Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping

CNEMBER ships worldwide. Available delivery options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address. CNEMBER covers import duties.

Production and delivery estimates

Production takes approximately 5 calendar days. Shipping is estimated at 7–12 calendar days after dispatch. Production and transit are separate stages; the shipping estimate does not include production time. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Design confirmation

Please leave a reachable email address when ordering so we can communicate about your name, stone and final carving proof. If you prefer WhatsApp, include your number and country code through our contact page so we can arrange communication. We confirm the final proof before carving.

Time-sensitive gifts

Contact contact@cnember.com before ordering if you need a seal for a particular date. Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
